A consultation is required before any medical service/treatment at Skinnovations Medical Aesthetics. Same-day treatments can be done on the day of your consultation if you are an appropriate candidate.
We encourage you to schedule appointments well in advance, especially before major holidays.
Upon scheduling your appointment, please note that you will be asked to provide a credit card number to guarantee your treatment. Online bookings will require a $50 deposit and will be processed the same day. This will be held as a credit on your account until the time of service.
Please refer to our cancellation policy before reserving your appointment time. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of this policy.
To schedule a consultation, it is required to store a valid credit/debit card on file in our medical record system. If you cancel without 24 hours' notice or do not show up for your appointment, you will be assessed a cancellation or no-show fee as below.
At Skinnovations, we accept cash, credit, debit, checks, Aspire points, Allē points, Evolus rewards, Colorscience rewards, gift cards, and Cherry payments. If your check bounces, you will be assessed an additional fee. If you choose to pay with Cherry payments, a 6% service fee will be applied.
Our patients are the most important part of our practice. This cancellation policy is put in place for our patients. Our appointments are reserved just for you. Related to this, we want you to understand that it is also a potential appointment for someone else who may have wanted that particular time. As a courtesy to our provider and to other patients, we ask that you provide our office a minimum of 2 business days notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment time, you will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee. If you no-show, you will be assessed a $100 no-show fee.
Refunds are not given on services rendered due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments. All other refunds will be as Spa credit only. Aesthetic results are variable from person to person, and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot always be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results.
We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for in-spa credit within 7 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented adverse reaction to the product. Defective products (i.e., a broken pump) may be exchanged within 7 days for the same product only.
While tipping is common practice in skincare services, massages, and non-medical spa settings, it is not necessary nor appropriate to tip for medical treatments/services performed at Skinnovations Medical Aesthetics. The treatments and services provided at Skinnovations are medical in nature and performed by licensed medical professionals.
To ensure timely use of services and availability for all clients, the following policy applies to all gift cards and pre-paid service packages.
All gift cards and pre-paid packages must be used within one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
If the gift card or pre-paid package balance remains unused after one year from the purchase date, a monthly deferment fee of $20.00 will be assessed beginning on the first day after the one-year anniversary of purchase.
The $20.00 monthly deferment fee will be deducted directly from the remaining balance of the gift card or pre-paid package each month until:
• The balance is used in full, or
• The balance reaches zero due to monthly deferment fee deductions.
Once the balance reaches zero, the gift card or pre-paid package will be considered expired and void.
By purchasing a gift card or pre-paid package, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Deferment Fee Policy.
